When you use our contact form we collect the name, email address and any message details you choose to provide. When you make a booking we collect the details needed to manage your appointment, such as your name, contact number and the service requested. For ear piercing we also record the parental or guardian consent required to carry out the service.
We use the information you provide to respond to enquiries, arrange and manage appointments, provide our salon services, and keep records required for the safe delivery of services such as ear piercing. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Our contact form is processed by Web3Forms, which delivers form submissions to us by email. Our location map is provided by Google Maps. As a salon for children, appointments and bookings are made by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. Any information about a child is provided to us by their parent or guardian for the purpose of providing our services.
